The six stages of the equipment and treatment are:
- Waste preparation In this container with mixer, the sludge is prepared for entering the treatment stages by a pump.
- Waste coagulation. The waste material and the temperature of 90ºC separates the water from the organic solids and build flocks, as a mixed liquid.
-
Waste/water separation. In a continuous self cleaning centrifuge system, the waste water (about 40 % of the total flow) is separated from the organic solids.
- Waste sterilization. In a closed tube system with a guaranteed sufficient retention time and temperature (minimum 133,3ºC at 3 bar, during 20 minutes), the organic waste and moisture is complete sterilized.
Waste drier. A screw conveyor with steam drier is the last part of the process. With a minimum of 75 - 85
